1. A NON-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required for scheduling. The deposit secures your appointment and also goes towards the remaining balance of your service. All deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. You can book as many appointments as you as choose, as long as they are all booked individually and a deposit is paid for each appointment. Furthermore, each appointment has to be booked individually unless you are looking to book for an event ex: wedding party etc. if this is the case please email us at curlmecrazyhairco@gmail.com to schedule large (4 or more) group services.

 

2. POLICY CHANGE: I WILL style, color or install hair extensions/ bundles/ wigs from other hair companies and or beauty supply however, you WILL NOT qualify for the discounted prices listed on the site when you book. There is an additional charge of $40 added to your style when you use outside hair. Discounted prices when you book is only for clients who purchase hair from Curl Me Crazy Hair Company.

3. You will receive a confirmation email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If/when you need to cancel or reschedule, you have 24 hours within your original appointment time to do so (deposit is still nonrefundable), or you will be considered as a no call no show. Clients who no call no show will be restricted from booking online.

 

4. After you get serviced, you have the option to pay the remaining balance in CASH, or you can use Debit/Credit card with a 3% processing fee.

 

5. PLEASE SELECT EVERY SERVICE THAT YOU NEED. Unfortunately there are times that I will not allow add ons at your time of appointment if it was not selected during scheduling! I also will not allow style changes, if the new style time duration is longer than the original appointment.

Schedules are built accordingly to limit long wait periods.
